Condition Guide

Condition Guide

Almost all of our games, consoles and accessories are preowned, so they come in various conditions. To ensure reasonable expectations, we strive to be as accurate as possible in grading their condition.

Refer below for a general guideline of how games are graded:

Excellent

Games rated excellent are generally as like-new as possible for preowned games of their age. Discs and cases have minimal cosmetic blemishes if any.

Good

Games rated good can have some cosmetic scratching/smudging on the disc, or minor cosmetic blemishes on the case. There will generally just be 1-2 minor factors downgrading it from excellent, but not anything so severe to be rated any lower.

Fair

Games rated fair will generally have noticeable surface wear on the disc, but this should be cosmetic only (please always check for the 'TESTED' badge at the top of the product page to ensure working condition has been assessed). The case or manual may also have some cosmetic damage.

Poor

Games rated poor will have either significant surface wear on the disc or an inconvenient level of functional damage to the case. Be prepared for significant cosmetic damage in some regard. Please check for the 'TESTED' badge on games marked poor to ensure working condition has been assessed.
