Are your games new or used?
Almost all of our games are used/pre-owned. Every product is individually graded for quality, and the majority of games are tested and working (look for the "Tested" badge on product pages).
We don’t sell sealed/new copies unless specifically noted.
How do you grade game condition?
We grade each item individually, based primarily on the quality of the disc/cartridge, with additional consideration for the condition of the case/manual, etc.

What does “PAL” mean?
“PAL” refers to the video standard used in Australia and Europe. All of our games are PAL format unless otherwise stated, which means they’ll work on Australian consoles.
Do your games include the original case and manual?
This depends on the copy. Some items are Complete in Box (CIB), while others are missing their manual or cover. Check for the badge at the top of each product page for the exact specifications of product completeness.
Do you test all games before selling?
While we test the majority of the games we stock, it's not always possible to test every single one. Please look for the "Tested" badge at the top of product pages to ensure it is verified in working condition.
If you receive an item that is faulty upon delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund within 14 days. Refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
