We do our best to get your order into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what to expect when ordering from us:
Dispatch Times
All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will also be processed within the next 1-2 business days.
Shipping Method & Delivery Times
We currently offer standard shipping only via Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframe: 2-8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, peak periods, or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Flat rate shipping is $10 Australia-wide
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the eligible spend threshold (check banner or cart for current offer)
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll issue a full refund once confirmed by the carrier. Please allow reasonable time for delivery before contacting us.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to make any changes, contact us at hello@nostalgiagameshop.com.au before dispatch.
We are unable to recover or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
