What is your return policy?
If your item is faulty (e.g. it doesn’t work as described or fails to function under normal use), we’ll gladly offer a full refund, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at hello@nostalgiagameshop.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item
- Provide proof of fault, such as a photo or video of the issue
- Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the item back
Note: We only accept return requests for faulty items within 14 days of delivery. This ensures that faults present on arrival can be addressed, and helps distinguish from damage caused after receipt.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2-8 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide, with free shipping available once you reach the spend threshold (check the banner for current offers).
What condition is the item in?
All items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Item quality varies, so please refer to the condition guide for further details.

Not necessarily. As all items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise, some games have missing manuals or are not in their original cases.
